Inward Focus is an initiative by Sandhya Mathur, an ACC credentialed (ICF), EQ Assessor, Mentor Coach, Certified Executive, Empowerment & Master Spirit Coach. She is a senior faculty member at Symbiosis Coaching, based in the U.S. and currently trains international classes on ICF Coach Certification. She has completed 500+ hours of Coach Certification Training. Through Inward Focus, we have coached varied professionals from large and small companies in different domains and industries such as FSI, Telecom, BPO, Logistics, Manufacturing, Automation, Publishing, Construction, Media, Software Products & Services, Pharmaceuticals & Medical instrumentation/imaging. Some of them being, a CEO of an infrastructure management company, Country Head of a social sector organization, Regional Director of a global manufacturing organization, VP and Senior VP level managers at India's largest private enterprise & the founder of an Australia based Production company.
