The IoD Education and Skills Group welcomes people from across the sector with a business or policy and governance interest in skills, training and education.
The Education and Skills Group was formed in March 2023 and is chaired by Dean Stokes www.linkedin.com/in/d-stokes
Our key objectives are to:
Connect – help IoD members make connections and join-up different parts of the sector to build new networks and eco-systems.
Develop – work together to amplify and implement new ideas around skills, training and education.
Influence – promote practical solutions to help address the UK skills gap (at all levels), working with and through the IoD’s Policy Voice.
We will deliver these key objectives through expert speaker presentations, panel discussions, online webinars and news articles.
