IoD Emerging NEDs

We believe in a world where anyone with sufficient professional experience, regardless of their background or protected characteristics, is able to embark on a board-level path of their choice. The IoD Emerging NEDs Special Interest Group is on a mission to increase board representation in the UK. We aim to identify, inspire, develop and place talented professionals from diverse backgrounds onto boards across a range of sectors, from charities through to FTSE 250 companies.
