ION Crossover Partners (ICP) was founded in 2018 to capitalize on the growing opportunity to take Israeli innovation to global scale. Our first fund, ION Crossover Partners LP was launched that year, and our second fund, ION Crossover Partners II LP, was launched in early 2021. We have a multidisciplinary team with executive, operational and investment experience in technology companies across their life cycle. ICP partners with leading entrepreneurs and managers in the next growth chapter of their business as they strive to become market leaders.
Investment philosophy
ICP is focused on executives with growth appetite and businesses with an untapped growth opportunity. We look to invest when the business is in its global expansion mode and has a substantial customer and revenue base. We aspire to support management teams in scaling their business and utilize a strategic toolkit that includes IPO preparation. We have a long term investment horizon and willingness to be patient when the right team finds the right market opportunity.
