IPAC® is a traditional coffee roaster company based in Coimbra (Portugal), that started its activity in 1971 and had a year of reference in terms of quality, having been awarded in 1998 with the Gold Medal in the International Award for Quality, for its selected content presenting espresso coffee with a cream that is consistent, smooth and aromatic, with a palate.
In 2008 it was acquired by SPC - Sociedade Produtora de Cafés, which focused heavily on the requalification of manufacturing facilities, production equipment and the modernization of the IPAC brand, while maintaining the awarded mixes and the installed know-how.
Its focus now is Organic Coffee, produced without the use of chemical fertilizers (industrial), nor pesticides (fungicides, herbicides, insecticides or other types of chemicals). Instead of that, are used environmentally friendly alternatives such as organic fertilizers, green manures and good soil work.
Now packaged in capsules Organic Coffee is available in four of the best blends - Intense, Soft, Strong and Decaffeinated. A collection of Craft Cafes of superior choice, combining flavor, aroma and quality with total respect for a correct food balance.
