Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest CNC Kapp Niles Gear Grinding, 5-Axis Hobbing and 6-Axis Shaving Machines with HMI technology, enabling us to produce gears of various sizes up to 500mm and 10 modules. We have a team of experienced engineers and technicians who are dedicated to providing you with the best possible solutions for your gear requirements.
At our facility, we specialize in manufacturing Spur Gears, Helical Gears, and other Custom gears. We also manufacture Gears for Pump Gears from 9 cc to 105 cc, All our Gears are High Accuracy (Maximum 5-micron tolerance) and have a RA value of 0.02 maximum. For excellent traceability all our Gears 100% Engraved and 100% Inspected to ensure First Time Right. We use only the best quality materials(JSW Steel, Arjaas Steel) in our production process, ensuring that our products are durable, reliable, and long-lasting.
We also have our own In-house Excellent high quality SQF heat treatment Facilities managed by a Group of Expert Metallurgists where we carburise all the gears in a High Pressure Sealed Quench Furnace. The SQF Heat treatment shop floor serves as a Captive and a commercial plant and it is certified for IATF 16949:2016 Standards
We supply Gears to all Major Hydraulic Pump Manufacturer, Winch Manufacturer and to Aerospace Industry and Defence Industry also.
Proud to say, we are the single source of Gear supply for Major Hydraulic Pump Manufacturer and the same is being Exported to Turkey and the United Kingdom through their Indian Counterparts.
