HA5 is the only product meeting the High Density Mineral Bond specification established by the APWA and now published by multiple state DOTs to effectively preserve pavement assets.
HA5 was originally developed by Holbrook Asphalt. Today Holbrook Asphalt operates as a construction company and IPS (Integrated Pavement Solutions) provides access to HA5 and other preservation solutions to qualified contractors.
