Our ACD Module (includes reporting) fills the void between UCM's Native Call Queuing and UCCX. Other modules such as presence-based phone book, Call Tracker, Call Assist, Finesse Widgets, Emergency 9-1-1 notifications, SMS messaging, provide UCM customers with solutions that address their specific needs. Integration with Jabber, Skype, InformaCast, EIOBoard, LDAP, ODBC, HL7, .csv, and UCM address vertical market needs.
VistaPoint "Lite" is a stand-alone (no server needed) attendant console the offers many of the features and capabilities typically found in server-based consoles. These include presence-based phone book, dynamic BLF, drag & drop call processing, call park, and much more.
VistaPoint has been successfully deployed in Healthcare, Education, Financial, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Government agencies, and nationwide retail chains.
