Ishara is building a tech-enabled system for ethical plastic recovery in growth markets. We work across the plastic waste value chain—from informal waste pickers to recyclers—providing tools that make plastic collection traceable, fair, and visible. Through tech-backed buyback centers, blockchain tracking, and partnerships with local actors, we’re formalizing plastic recovery, improving working conditions, and unlocking value where it’s been overlooked. Our goal: a circular economy that works for everyone, starting from the ground up.
