The team have transacted on over £2bn of UK and European Real Estate and worked alongside the likes of Lloyds Banking Group, M&G, Top tier pension Funds and many of the UK Housebuilders and RE Funds. ISL primary focus is on building long term income through Real Estate across the capital structure, via it’s own resources and partnering with private and institutional investors.
