iSNAP SESAR Project

iSNAP (iTEC SkyNex ATC Platform) aims at evolving the iTEC platform architecture to support the virtual centre concept, by making use of state-of-the-art digital technologies and underlying architectural principles. In addition, the project will also continue the research of airspace delegation concept using Virtual Centre technologies, focusing on the delegation of the ATM services provision amongst ATSUs in a D-architecture. iSNAP project will benefit directly over half of the European territory, which is part of the iTEC alliance, and allowing the rest of countries to progress faster based on the developed standards and architectural results. iSNAP project fits within the topic HORIZON-SESAR-2022-DES-IR1-WA3-1: Industrial research and validation for connected and automated ATM. iSNAP Consortium: Indra (coordinator), DFS, PANSA, ON, ENAIRE, LVNL, AVINOR.
