We produce a selection of artisan charcuterie products using Irish & N.Irish meat. We have developed a range of continental inspired cuts with an added Irish twist. Find our products in delis across N.Ireland and ROI. We also supply for food service to some of Irelands finest restaurants. Our passion is to support small artisanal businesses. We have a deli in Moira where we slice and sell our own charcuterie along with local cheeses and accompaniments. We serve toasties, cheese boards and pastries using all locally sourced ingredients. We offer a range hampers and gifts available to purchase from our online store. To showcase the best of what Ireland has to offer we host tasting events on a monthly basis - pairing wine or beer with the finest Irish cheeses and charcuterie. We can facilitate private parties or corporate workshops. Using all local ingredients we make up graze platters, boxes and cones available to order online or in store. We also offer a catering service for events and weddings - supplying cheeseboards and graze products.
