It’s Never you has been set up in honour of Hugh Menai-Davis to support the parents of children with cancer via a social network platform
Through our platform Cocoon, parents or guardians of sick children will benefit by connecting with a community of peers, find support, sharing their experiences and having access to professionally sourced and reliable information via a social network which is not normally provided by the statutory authorities.
Like all other social media platforms that parents may use, the user can create a profile, post on a live newsfeed and join groups and events run by It’s Never you, as well as share links that interest them and others. The technology that the Cocoon platform will use has been developed and tested with other charities, the first charity was the Teenage Cancer Trust, followed by the Unsung Foundation and the MS Trust.
