Italcomposites was born in 2017 from the initiative of Italian entrepreneurs who have long been operating in the engineering sector who, driven by curiosity and desire for innovation, have recognized enormous potential in the use of composite materials. Our team can count on technicians with decades-long experience in the Pultrusion technology. This production process requires that fibers and fabrics in glass or carbon, first impregnated with polyester resins, are hot modeled by passing through a mold that defines the shape. Thanks to its elasticity, the material lends itself to the realization of any type of profile according to any requirement. Our reference sectors are those that already use FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) products, in particular where good insulation is needed such as electrical systems, photovoltaic systems, installations in the railway sector, constructions that use structural profiles and, recently, also for the construction of windows. We believe that nowadays, a structured company cannot help but look beyond its geographical borders. For this reason, we have expanded our production by opening a new division in the heart of the Balkans, in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Here, our Italian technicians follow production step by step, making sure that products meet European quality standards. All of our structural profiles fully comply with the UNI-EN 13706 standard. This standard identifies and defines all requirements for the application and use of structural profiles in the European Union, and beyond. Being more specific, these quality requirements relate to the geometric and mechanical characteristics that structural profiles must have in order to be commercialized. Our mission is to achieve production standards of excellence and be able to provide smart and eco-sustainable solutions, guaranteeing high quality at the most competitive prices.
