Members of our team previously worked together at two $1 billion+ successful NYSE listed water companies: Ionics (design/build 1,000+ water and wastewater plants; acquired by GE Water for $1.4 billion in 2005) and Seven Seas Water/AquaVenture Holdings (owner of 150+ water/wastewater plants in the Caribbean, Latin America and the US; acquired by Culligan Water for $1.1 billion in 2020).

Iv3 Aqua was established to build a global water and wastewater business for the long term. We are owners in Subic Water and Sewerage Co. (SUBICWATER), Philippines, and owners and operators of Qurayyat Independent Water Project, a 200,000 cubic meters per day seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant in the Sultanate of Oman.
