J.A. Long is well-known for being an outstanding concrete paving contractor in the southeast. Our specialty is high-volume concrete projects related to highway and airport infrastructure. J. A. Long, Inc. has performed work as a prime contractor and subcontractor for GDOT. Our experience ranges from full-depth slab replacement, new concrete construction, spall repair, slab removal, and PCC patching to concrete demolition. As a prime contractor, we have overseen and performed the construction of rest areas, county road resurfacing projects, interchange reconstruction, intersection improvements, and interstate concrete rehabilitation. At J.A. Long, Inc., our staff members have experience in road and airport construction and are proficient in concrete finishing, heavy equipment operation, and carpentry.
