JD Capital plc is a subsidiary of JD Holdings Ltd which is an investment company holding equities and real estate. JD Capital plc raised funds through a bond issuance on the Malta Stock Exchange and is regulated by the Capital Markets Rules. The subsidiaries of JD Capital plc are JD Operations Ltd and JD Birkirkara Ltd. Both companies are investing heavily in income-generating assets. JD Operations Ltd took over the operations of JSDimech Ltd, a long standing market leader in Malta for metal and glass façade cladding systems, working closely with architects a structural engineers. Many of the iconic building structures in Malta are proudly the trophies of JD Operations Ltd. It’s product manufacturing portfolio includes aluminium & steel apertures, wrought iron, large scale glass formats, curtain walling, façade cladding, automatic sliding, hinged & revolving doors, stainless steel works and the construction of steel structures. JD Birkirkara Ltd on the other hand is an investment company owning real estate for rental income.
