J365 exists for two major reasons. 1. SMBs are terribly underserved when it comes to legitimate technology strategy. MSPs support end users and do light setup work, but greater impact requires deeper technical acumen. Accessing this acumen is easier said than done -- it's a bit of a market failure. 2. Medium/large Enterprise organizations often have Modern Work Leadership and Engineers, but their plate stays full with management of a years- or decades-old environment.
