We help demystify healthcare so folks can be savvy patients and caregivers. Our founder, Jacob Kendall, is a survivor of two open-heart surgeries in early adulthood and he’s been a caregiver for a parent after a debilitating stroke. He has formal training and professional experience in gerontology, public health, social work, biology, and theology. For patients and caregivers, healthcare is a maze of red tape, dead ends, and unanswered questions. Knowing how to push through the system and get real answers can mean the difference between getting lost and getting the care you need. Having lifelong experience navigating my own medical care, in addition to helping loved ones do the same, we have transformed fierce self-advocacy into an art form for improved healthcare experiences for all.
