Established in 2016 by Janelle King in response to global demand for bespoke executive recruitment, Janelle King Executive Search specialises in global executive search for the hospitality, leisure and tourism sectors. Over a 30-year career history, I’ve learned that companies and candidates want less from their recruiters. Less noise. Less nonsense. Less time wasting. My clients come to me because I listen to their needs, and will always give an honest appraisal. I don’t recruit resumes. I have a meticulous recruitment ethos – individuals must not only possess the right experience, they must be a natural cultural fit for the role. Having worked exclusively in the hospitality, leisure and tourism sectors in the USA, Middle East, Asia and Australia, my network is vast. I’ve filled more than 10,000 roles, and through Janelle King Executive Search, I now operate exclusively as a retained executive search professional. Placement of senior executives for casinos, developers, hotels, leisure and tourism operators is my passion and my specialty. In the Middle East, I pioneered the concept of an in-house headhunter – a model which I am proud to say has been mirrored extensively across the industry. With a boundless curiosity for everything hospitality related, I am both a relentless traveler and a well-connected hotelier, staying on top of the trends and best practices that drive the industry at all levels.
