* Characteristics: Recurring/ repeating revenue, asset-light, growing, service companies.
* Transaction: Control acquisitions, usually 70-100%. Seller may retain equity if desired.

* Financial Services: Payments, billing, alternative credit bureaus, software, financial information services.
* Information Services: Niche, vertically-focused databases sold on a subscription or per transaction basis.
* Software: Niche solutions which serve loyal customer bases in specific industries.
*Tech-enabled business services.
