ジャパンネクスト証券は2006年に私設取引システム(PTS)の運営を目的に設立されました。 2007年より金融商品取引法第2条第8項第10号に基づく私設取引システム業務の認可を取得し、 PTSの運営を主軸に事業を展開してまいりました。 2007年のPTS開設時は夜間取引の運営のみでしたが、2008年より日中の取引にも拡大し、現在 では外資系や日系の主要証券会社30社を取引参加者として抱える、日本最大にして最長の運営 年数を誇るPTSへと成長しました。 現在、ジャパンネクスト証券はPTSの運営を主軸に、コロケーション・データセンターサービス、マーケットデータサービス、マーケットシステムの構築・運用・監視、マーケット関連システムの開発など、様々な関連サービスを提供しています。 Japannext was established in 2006 for the purpose of operating a PTS (Proprietary Trading System). Ever since we were licensed to run the PTS business under Article 2, Paragraph 8, Item 10 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA) in 2007, we have been developing our business around the operation of our PTS. When we first started our business in 2007, we only operated the nighttime trading session, but in 2008 we expanded this to the daytime trading session. Currently, we have 30 major foreign and Japanese brokers as participants trading on our venue, making us the largest and longest running PTS in Japan.
