Five years ago, the CEO set forth a new vision and mission for the company. Our new vision is to design, develop, prototype and manufacture electronic devices, embedded systems, custom controls and interfaces, and design and produce cases and housings for these electronic devices. Our team has experienced Electrical, Software & Mechanical Engineers. We are well versed in ECAD, MCAD, CAM, CNC Machining and Turning, Rapid Prototyping systems, the design and assembly of PCBs including all circuitry implementing MCUs or MPUs, peripherals, passives, and and discrete components. We are experts in managing and operating manufacturing systems and machinery. Our new mission is to utilize our design and engineering capabilities to prototype and small batch manufacture new products to a market ready standard. We utilize in-house systems and machinery with access to additional shared machinery and equipment from a number of Los Angeles and Denver based Makerspaces. We focus on building new products for select clients and we are homing in on a few in-house development projects which will be soon announced. Our machinery list is extensive, but some major pieces include a FormLabs Form 2 SLA 3D Printer, a Stratasys Objet30 Prime, a 3-axis CNC mill controlled with our custom built 15" Touchscreen fully closed loop CNC system, 80x50cm T-slot bed with 70x45x20cm travel, and it is equipped with a German made 30K RPM 4kW Permanent Torque liquid cooled spindle, a Yamaha CL quadruple Juki nozzle Pick and Place machine with up and down machine vision, Large Solder Reflow Oven, Industrial Vacuum Oven, Lead Free Wave Soldering machine, Semi-automatic solder paste printer, precision stencil printer, multiple Hakko Rework stations, almost every 12V and 18V Milwaukee FUEL tool made, 36"x54" metal and wood cutting table saw, 12" metal and wood cutting sliding compound miter, 14" precision chop saw. We also have access to HAAS and Bridgeport vertical machining centers and a tool room lathe.
