At peak time we have four factories located in China since 1988 and we merged all into one named TingYi Mold Technology and launched a new facility in Binh Duong, Vietnam at 2015. We constantly innovating new process to shorten lead-time and run our tooling with high speed machines for precisely and consistency product with less-handwork as possible to ensure the quality and work-flow efficiency in order to achieved TMP process through our production line.
Over decades of experience accumulated and cooperated with most of world wild famous sport brands that has solidified our position and reputation in sole-tooling industry.
Our service included 2D, CAD, CAM, Casting to tooling assembly and In-House trial. Currently we had over 180 CNC and 800 employees across China and Vietnam and we also have multi-language technician and powerful project team to support individual customer for their needs and requirement and we also service the customer based overseas.
