- Receive the tech-pack of new development projects and work with the team for building the 2D/3D- Work with tooling engineer from shoes factory to discuss and clarify about the new revision points- Translate technical document from English to Chinese to ensure team understand fully- Make the mold schedule and sumit to manager for approval then send to customer- Follow up the mold manufacturing progress daily and update the project status to customer- Dissus with the teachnician team for improvement based on mold trial and feedback from customer- Make the mold quotation follow manager’s assigment for brand as Nike, Under Amour, Converse,…- Prepare every things (soles, 2D drawing, gauge,…) for customer come to check and confirm the part- Support manager to make some reports based on each Brand’s requirement- Lead the new commer staff and help him to approach new working enviroment
