The Client ► This virtual events company sells their digital product in 55 countries worldwide, with 1 million players attending 5000 individual events each year.
The Challenge ► Their problem was similar to many e-commerce businesses that are experiencing rapid growth. Email as a communication channel for thousands of conversations each week is not scalable. Using Email is slow, repetitive and expensive to manage especially when you are dealing with on average 26,000 conversations a year.
The Solution ► The chosen Chatbot, ticketing and Live Chat product UBISEND was implemented for several reasons.

Ubisend was the only platform that fulfilled all my clients’ needs.
The Goal ►To use their Chatbot to answer at least 25% of messages without the need for any human support within 12 weeks. This was achieved in 5 weeks.
The Result ► All chat messages via both their website and Facebook Messenger are answered by their Chatbot 'CHRIS'. Chris is able to ascertain where they are in the sales cycle and then offer up one of more than 130 conversational FAQs once a question is asked.
