It is BRC and ISO 22000 certified and is one of the largest plants in India with over 35,000 sq. ft. area and a processing capacity of 30,000 tons annually. It is equipped with fully automated shelling, grading, color sorting, and laser sorting with metal detectors & magnets. • JKT has a peanut processing facility in Chennai, to procure and process the crop from southern parts of India. It is equipped with Buhler Sortex, Cleaning, Grading, and Packing facility with a daily capacity of 80 tons and a warehousing capacity of 1500 tons. • JKT has In-House Laboratory which has High Tech instruments like HPLC to test Aflatoxin in Peanuts & also different machines to check Physical & Chemical Parameters. JKT Europe • JKT Foods is a B2B trading company and is a GMP-certified broker for Peanuts, Bakery seeds, and Bird feed ingredients established in 2007 and has offices in UK and Netherlands. • We do customize packing of bird feed in mix and straights for the bird foods retail chains and we can deliver whole containers to 1 pallet according to customer requirements.
