A passionate community of doers, thinkers and strategists. Design is now more relevant than ever. The industry has seen tremendous growth and pitfalls, but in a long term view, design has been getting more mature by the years. At the same time every profession that grows, experiences massive shifts, challenges and opportunities, and this is the best time to talk about the next steps. How do we amplify our craft? How do we become more efficient? How can we become better at strategy and help our companies, our stakeholders and our products? At the same time how do we become more inclusive and diverse? How do we make sure we are ethical? Accessible? How do we align profit with impact to ensure the prosper of the world we occupy? Those are questions that many people (not only designers) have been thinking about, and so we ought to take a deep dive to find out how do we accommodate change from our own perspective.
