By 1995, the company restructures its objectives and focuses on the commercialization of hydraulic equipment, maintaining the manufacture of hydraulic units; by then Joymatic already had several direct distributions.
In 2003, with the acquisition of Racine Hydraulic de México, S.A. de C.V. (Rahymex), business founded on 1968, Joymatic takes a big step in consolidating its line of brands and products. By 2013 the lines of hydraulic seals, honed tube and chromed bar were integrated, covering a wide range of products developed under the highest quality standards.
