Manx Hydraulics is a company focused on piping installation services for Hydraulic systems, starting from B.O.M. (Bill of Materials), through manufacturing, installation, Flushing and Pressure Testing, up to commissioning and F.A.T. with the client. We also carry out on site maintenance of hydraulic systems and actuators. We also provide the following services: - Manufacture, installation and commissioning in piping and hydraulic system. - Piping and Installation Turn-Key projects. - Use of Lean Manufacturing tools for field productivity monitoring. - Consulting for BOM's, maintenance and technique in Hydraulics. - Flushing and Pressure Tests. - PIG's for hydraulic systems. - Predictive and preventive maintenance, equipment and oil monitoring, counseling for maintenance teams. - Overhaul of equipment and maintenance - Control, certification and monitoring of third-party services (service supervisor, team control, reporting to the contracting company)
