João Cordeiro

With 20 years of career experience, many dedicated to inspiring, preparing, and empowering leaders, João Cordeiro is a magnetic force as a coach, speaker, and growth catalyst. He has shaped the careers of leaders from giants like Porsche, TAP Air Portugal, McDonald's, Altice, Hovione, Toyota, and many more. In sports, he has worked with recognized organizations and individuals, including Portuguese football coaches and Olympic medalists. He holds specific training in “building and developing high-performing teams” from Harvard Extension School, various coaching and public speaking certifications with Americans Robin Sharma and John C. Maxwell, specialization in “High-Performance Coach Psychology” from Barça Innovation Hub (Barça Universitas), and “Peak Performance” with George Mumford (Michael Jordan´s and Kobe Bryant´s first personal coach). To date, João has delivered over 300 speeches, conducted over 1,100 individual coaching sessions, and amassed over 11,000 hours in study, research and implementation. He didn't born with a silver spoon on his mouth. He is just an eternal and dedicated apprentice.
