School Modernizations JTS Construction has over 15 years experience improving school facilities in Kern County and throughout the Central Valley. We have extensive experience in elementary, middle, and high school modernizations and have recently completed projects for the Kern High School District, Bakersfield City School District, Taft Union School District, Wasco Union High School District, among many others. In addition to modernizations, JTS Construction has completed many remodels and additions at colleges and universities such as Porterville College, CSU Bakersfield, and CSU San Marcos. Municipal Projects JTS Construction has conducted extensive work for various city, county, and state agencies on a wide range of municipal projects.
