Jubail Construction Contracting Company, known as JCC, having the 1st rank classification for Building Constructions and specialized also in Electromechanics works and Renewable energy and Roads Construction and Maintenance authorized by Ministry of Public Works and Housing of Jordan. JCC had previously carried out and successfully completed the construction of several buildings, bridges ,culverts, landscaping , electro-mechanical works ,fit-out works ,operation and maintenance works and infrastructure projects. JCC, besides its strong financial capabilities and stands in securing the required bank guarantees, owns a fleet of earth moving construction equipment that facilitate efficiently the progress of construction work in a timely manner which meets the project milestones. Furthermore, JCC is having its own slab formwork systems that ensure quality of construction works delivered to clients. Key personnel of JCC, such as project managers, superintendents and supervisors, are selected with high qualifications and experience that permit quick construction progress without complication in carrying out the scope of work. Planners and schedulers of JCC are well-versed with Primavera Project Planner, the proper planning tool used in construction for monitoring the progress of work and measuring its progress percentage on weekly basis; 2-weeks look ahead schedules are generated and furnished to the Engineer and Contractor’s Superintendents for implementation. Schedule updates are also generated by the planner whenever required by the team. JCC gained ISO certifications (ISO 45001:2018 Occupational health & safety management system), (ISO 9001:2015 Quality management system), & (ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management system). Quality assurance and quality control procedures adopted by the quality team of JCC are carried out in strict compliance with its quality plan; quality inspectors are experienced and dedicated to completing the projects with high quality work.
