About Justice Assistance

Since 1978, Justice Assistance has been in the vanguard of providing criminal justice services and improvements to the Rhode Island community. Initially, having identified long-standing employment problems for Rhode Island's adult ex-offender population, Jonathan J. Houston organized a small group of professionals to focus and help address this issue.
