Juxtapose Design Build

Juxtapose Design Build is made up of a team of designers professionally educated in landscape architecture and a dedicated in-house building crew that brings over 35 years of construction experience to the greater Seattle area and abroad. We’re different, in that at some point, each of us has made a design decision AND held a shovel. We believe the best places are created through an inclusive and collaborative process. We work with clients, architects, and specialists to design and build landscapes that meet the unique needs of every program, budget, and site. Creative problem solving, experimenting with materials, and introducing sustainable materials and methods are essential to our design approach. Together, we develop site and user specific goals, while working towards our vision of developing functional spaces, multisensorial experiences, and places that inspire people to enjoy more time outdoors. Over the years, we've modified and honed a process that we use to guide our clients through initial idea to a great vision, and from that vision to a fully built reality.
