JV-Consultancies provides Triple-A services - Advise, Assistance and Assessment in agricultural international development cooperation - to national or international development organisations or networks, either on a non-profit or commercial basis, working in Eastern Europe, Africa or Latin America. Key Values: >Triple-A services are provided preferably to national or international development organisations or networks who share the vision of JV-Consultancies; >Triple-A services are based upon Christian principles as laid down in the Word of God: faithfulness, honesty, transparency, charity etc.; >Triple-A services value beneficiaries as unique creations of God, recognizing their physical, social and spiritual needs; >Triple-A services are conducted in excellence: timely, accurately and realistically; >Triple-A services are carried out in compliance with the NEDWORC code of conduct. JVC-Specialties: >ADVICE in (1) set-up of agricultural programmes; (2) value chain development; (3) food security; (4) income generation activities; (5) PCM; >ASSISTANCE in (1) writing strategic or business plans; (2) writing concept notes or proposals; (3) training and coaching of project staff in PCM or PME and reporting; >ASSESSMENTS in (1) baseline/feasibility studies; (2) participative half-way or end-of-programme evaluations; (3) value chain analyses (VCA); (4) organisational analysis (IOM). FEES: In general, JV-Consultancies charges an average fee per full working day in compliance with non-profit or international commercial standards. However, fees are negotiable especially for faith-based organisations. This fee does not include travel costs or on-site board and lodging (per diem).
