JV North

JV North is a consortium of housing associations and local authorities from across the North West that has built 10,000 homes, housed 30,000 people and invested £1 billion. Our members are: Bury Council, Cobalt Housing, Johnnie Johnson Housing, Muir, One Manchester, Peaks & Plains Housing Trust, Plus Dane Housing, South Liverpool Homes, Stockport Homes Group, Sovini, Torus, Weaver Vale Housing Trust and Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. We offer three membership options: Full, Associate and Procurement. The latter allows housebuilding organisations to access our £560 million Building Back Fairer framework and Dynamic Purchasing System. Our appetite to build continues to grow with work underway in the 2021-26 Affordable Homes Programme where in the region of 4,000 more homes will be developed. In addition to economies of scale when bidding for Homes England grant, we work together to share intelligence, market insight, best practice and risk management so more homes can be built quicker than ever.
