Saffer Cooper Consultancy is a Chartered Surveying practice based in Ashton under Lyne in the fantastic Ashton Old Baths. We are Programme Managers for the Almshouse Consortium Ltd and we have successfully undertaken this role over 10 years. We are also Programme Managers for the JV North Consortium which is the largest consortium of registered providers in the North of England. We work closely with Homes England and are approved Homes England Independent Auditors of grant funded schemes. Approximately 60% of our staff are former Homes England colleagues and our knowledge of the processes for applying for grant and complying with grant conditions is well experienced. All of our staff are extremely experienced housing practitioners. We act as Project Coordinators / Grant Administrators on schemes of all sizes across the UK. We can deliver Homes England IMS and Audit Training to any number of team members.
