JVC Broadcasting was formed in July 2009. The company operates over one dozen radio stations in Florida and New York. In addition the company operates Long Island Events a premier events facilitator and operator of the Long Island Community Hospital Amphitheater a 7,000 person outdoor concert event facility on Long Island. JVC Long Island stations serve the entire island and coastal Connecticut and include - flagship Dance, Rhythmic WPTY-FM PARTY Radio on 105.3, Long Island's only Spanish FM station, WBON La Fiesta on 98.5, LI News radio on 103.9 WRCN ,the island's home for Country music, WJVC My Country 96.1 and the only true oldies station on Long Island with Oldies 98.1 JVC stations that serve North Central Florida and include – Market leader US 102.3 the Crossroads of country and rock, a unique combination of Country Music and Southern influenced classic rock. WMFQ-FM Q92.9 is the markets Top 40 station, Oldies 100.1 the True Oldies Channel for Ocala and Florida Man Radio broadcast on 104.9 in Gainesville. Central Florida is home to 103.1 FM, The Wolf, broadcasting live and local from the Wolf Den in the entertainment capital of the world, Orlando, Florida featuring the hottest Country music hits with some classic Country throwbacks. Orlando is also the home for the Florida Man Radio Network broadcast on 660 AM and 105.5 FM and BUD FM broadcasting on 103.1 HD2. On December 22, 2020 JVC Media continued its Florida expansion with a deal to buy four stations in Fort Walton Beach on the Emerald Coast. The latest deal takes John Caracciolo’s to 17 stations
