Since 2005, K-process has developed expertise in the use of video to allow its customers to share the same vision of their reality. We offer consulting, training and our KL² software so that you can confidently achieve your objectives of capitalization, standardization, improvement and sustainability of your know-how and processes. Recognized as an innovative company - 1/3 of our activity allocated to R&D - we co-design with our customers new approaches and software solutions for their next generation factories. Our solutions are based on 4 pillars: Ergonomics: we start from the Reality thanks to video. Description, the voice of the business experts, is mobilized around the films. A Prescription, co-created during the working groups, is in line with Reality to maximize the chances of acceptance and good implementation by operational staff in the field Lean: our solutions are efficient: the high added value of deliverables combining photos and videos for a very low cost of implementation and training in our tools (we are Qualiopi – Training actions) TWI (Training Within Industry): this approach gives meaning to process documentation and training (including our tools) by highlighting the Key Points of a process and systematically associating Reasons. Direct teaching: this Canadian approach from the 70s developed in a pedagogical context (teaching with children) that we have adapted to the andragogical context (teaching with adults).
