Our goal is to teach authentic martial arts and Pilates that pays homage to its roots. We want all of our students to be confident in their practice, to take care of their bodies, and experience the mental benefits of movement. With over a decade of teaching experience, Kairi Studio offers expert instruction in stand-up striking style of martial arts and contemporary Pilates.
