We know that talking about our mental health and therapy is considered a taboo and weakness in our culture.
We really wanted to change the way we perceive and converse about Mental Health. And we wanted to do it right!
Finding a qualified therapist who doesn’t charge you your month’s rent for a 50 minute session can be hard. And that is why we strive to be empathetic, affordable and accessible.
We are also trying to create a safe space on the internet where you can feel heard, relate to, build awareness and hopefully motivate you to seek help. We hope to help you improve your life in a way you desire and at a pace that you choose. 🌸
