Kajaine Finance is a private real estate lender focusing on residential investment property. We offer short term financing on 1-4 family real estate, ground up spec construction loans on 1-4 family real estate and rehab (fix and flip) loans on 1-4 family and multi-family real estate. Kajaine Finance focuses on the real estate deal itself. If both the property and the deal are good, the deal gets done. Simple. We do not dive in to the borrower's full financial background or cause needless delay. We can finance up to 90% of a borrower's total project cost on our ground up construction and fix and flip loans. This allows for borrowers to preserve cash and participate in a larger number of projects, this increasing cash flow and maximizing profits. Our short term bridge products are up to 36 months interest only and we can finance as much as 75% of the value of the property.
