We invest the time necessary to learn about the organization, including its strengths, weaknesses, business processes, and short and long-term objectives. We facilitate brainstorming sessions to assist in goal and strategy development. Then, we develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns the implementation of new technology to those goals.
