Kanea Consulting is a diversity, equity and inclusion consultancy that provides innovative solutions to help businesses become more conscious of their impact on society. Our name Kanea is a taken from the Twi language; one of the languages in Ghana. It means to light and illuminate. Our mission is to create enlighten people on their journey to becoming more inclusive and to create real, lasting change across existing structures in order to reduce inequity and injustice. We aspire to bridge the gap between technology-based industries such as STEM and Tech. Our unique value proposition focuses on utilizing our deep understanding of both corporate needs and social issues in order to craft fresh solutions that can reduce inequity and close the opportunity gap for people previously denied access to the instruments of power due to their race, gender or other factors.
