I'm a certified coach, specialising in helping those who have moved country, particularly those who moved in support of their partner's career, to regain their lost sense of identity and purpose following the move, and to create their own opportunities. My whole career has been dedicated towards helping people achieve their potential and get the most out of life. Having taught children gymnastics from an early age, I went on to become an occupational therapist for Social Services and the NHS in the UK. Making a difference to people’s lives was incredibly fulfilling and I'm incredibly proud of what my clients have achieved. Now, having relocated abroad, I have moved on to become a certified coach. I know how hard it can be adjusting to a new life in an unfamiliar place. I have the compassion and the skills to help set you on your own path of discovery and realignment.
