Kauzen is an AI-powered system for context-aware fault diagnosis and continuous status monitoring in modern, highly integrated, and complex production environments. Unexpected downtime caused by programming errors, wear and tear, machine faults, or malfunctions is often unavoidable — and diagnosing these issues is time-consuming and challenging. Kauzen solves this problem by passively monitoring and analyzing all relevant messages from your machines and systems — including data, processes, parameters, notifications, and procedures — without your data ever leaving your production environment. A user-friendly dashboard visualizes the current status in real time using a simple traffic-light system: green for normal operation, yellow for status changes, and red for potential faults. After years of industry-driven AI research and the successful participation in the AI Founder Fellowship, we are now preparing to launch Kauzen as a company and bring our solution to market. To do so, we are currently looking for pilot customers who want to shape the future of industrial fault diagnosis together with us — as well as mentors, business angels, and investors who would like to join us on this journey.
