در سال 1371 هجری شمسی برابر با سال 1992 میلادی طرح و ایده اولیه ایجاد کارخانه تولیدی و تجاری بنام شرکت لوله سبز چابهار پایه گذاری شد. در سالهای اولیه تولید این محصول، تمامی لوله و اتصالات مصرفی در تاسیسات ساختمانها در سطح کشور از نوع فلزی بوده که با گذشت زمان و اثبات کارایی این نوع محصول، تقریبا همگان، اعم از بخشهایی از صنعت و ساختمانهای مسکونی، اداری، تجاری و ... مصرف کننده این نوع کالا شده و آنان را از تبعات ناشی از آفاتی نظیر پوسیدگی، ترکیدگی و همچنین از هزینه های گزاف ترمیم و بازسازی رها نموده است امروزه این شرکت با قدمتی طولانی در سه شیفت کاری بصورت شبانه روزی با تولید انواع محصولات منشاء خدمات موثری برای مصرف کنندگان داخلی و خارجی بوده است و از نظر سطح کیفی با توجه به استفاده از مواد اولیه مرغوب و همگام با تکنولوژی روز دنیا از هر لحاظ با محصولات مشابه خارجی در سطح جهانی قابل رقابت خواهد بود.
