This company have established from 2007. our experience in the field of production of pipes and fittings with modern machines and using technical knowledge and continuous cooperation with domestic and foreign scientific and research centers, as well as using equipped laboratories and knowledgeable personnel. Designs and manufactures welding fittings for five-layer pipes with performance at the level of international standards, and by inventing unique products and receiving several certifications, succeeded in producing a new generation of PE-RT welding pipes and fittings for pipes. They have been called Kayerpipe. This product has been designed and produced according to the needs assessment and field research to solve the problems raised in the installation industry, the following two factors can be mentioned : 1- The presence of chlorine in our country's water supply network for disinfection, which is the most important factor in the aging and dryness of rubber sealing o-rings in brass mechanical joints. 2- Existence of expansion and contraction in dual-purpose piping network, cooling and heating (fan coil) due to incompatibility of expansion and contraction of four elements of polymer, brass, adhesive and rubber o-ring in brass fittings is the cause of leakage. Therefore, the product of Kayerpipe fittings without rubber sealing o-rings using polymer is designed to homogenize the coefficient of expansion and contraction of the pipe and the connection using plastic welding technology.
