Keepers Care

Keepers care is a registered NDIS Provider which was established with the vision of providing high quality care and services to enhance participants quality of living and promote wellness. Our mission is to deliver person-centred care by following evidence-based practice and developing a plan of care to continue services as required. We work in accordance with the individualised healthcare needs of participants with a permanent and/or significant disability. We understand that each of our clients have different healthcare needs, so we look at every case in detail, analyse and provide tailored solutions and maximise the healthcare benefits under the NDIS scheme.
